It’s a lot harder than it sounds.
I’m not sure why.
I feel like I’m supposed to write something more inspirational here, but…
I’m a work in progress.
This is still very difficult for me.
All I know is… for me to say “no”, it takes A LOT.
I don’t like letting people down.
But, the truth is, when we say “no”, even if we do let someone down… why can’t we speak our truth?
“No” isn’t hateful. Nor is it mean.
And yet, for people pleasing people like myself… it’s so freaking hard to say.
Practice makes perfect!
